Did you ever find your answer? It's just that my husband's family runs Harvey Scruton Ltd in York which still makes Nurse Harvey's. It was invented by my husband's great grandfather called Arthur Oglesby who was a pharmacist. He invented it after new mothers kept coming in complaining that their babies had colic.
