I just finished reading the book , Jesse James the man the myth by Marley Bryant...i bought this book at Sams club...it is a very good book . i have been told all my life that my greatgrandmother was a cousin to Jesse James , her name was Margaret James {Maggie}...i am still looking for the connection, all my family members who knew are now deceased...so if any of u know of a Maggie James who married a Jackson Whitt please e-mail me ..still looking for the connection,,,,,thanks Terri Whitt oh at the time she was living in either Tenn. or Mississippi ....
