Hi i am trying to find out any information on five (5) Hardes children that were born in maitland and taken from there family in the early 1960's.

There were three girls and two boys, the eldest two girls names were Grace (approx 4yrs) and Elizabth (approx 3yrs) i am unsure of the details surrounding the two boys names or ages and the youngest child a girl was about 6weeks old belived to be named Melissa or Alissa.

There farthers name was Trevor Noel Hardes and i am of the understanding he worked on the railways, whilst there mothers name is belived to possiblly be Merel.

I have some records indicating that they lived on High Street in East Mailtand at some point.

Any inforation someone might have would be greatly appreciated surrounding the children or why they were taken.
