Sorry that I could not have been more help to you. Do you know which cemetery she was buried and if she may have a headstone? Do you live in the state of Arkansas or out of state? I have heard out of staters complain about writing the Dept of Vital Records and being told that there was nothing there and then inquire again and what they need miraculously appeared. I have one more place I want to check but that won't be until Saturday. I have confirmed that Leslie White was at Dubisson but there are other funeral homes. Hubble, Ruffin and Jarrett, Miller-Elston, these are ones at the top of my head.
