Having grown up in Crenshaw County, Alabama, in the 50's and 60's, I remember a Thames family from Luverne. I don't have any details particularly other than a possible clue or two: the father was named (or called) Tottie or Toddie (perhaps Totty/Toddy) I think. There were two daughters: one named Marilyn. Marilyn was about my age...would have graduated from high school around 1961 (give or take a year). If I'm not mistaken they lived on So. Forest Avenue in a house that still stands there.
