I'm desperately trying to locate my grandad, my dad's dad. At this moment in time I don't know if he's still alive, the family probably wouldn't be contacted if he had passed as he hasn't kept in contact for many years. (I'm 21 and never met him).
On my dad's birth certificate, his name is Calvin McBernie Gibbons but, on the marriage certificate to my nan (which I found on here) it is Kenton Gibbons. My dad originally thought his dad's name was Clive... So his first name is very much unknown.
I do know that he was very well known in London as "Old Man". He apparently has a scar across his face, but this I am not too sure of. He also converted Muslim when my dad was young, so he probably know longer has a British name. He is from Guyana. My dad was born in 1961. I think he married my nan in 61/62...
