I got to thinking, why have you lost touch with your Mom? Meaning, is she missing, so even if she was my sister, no one knows where she is. Does your Grandma have the birth certificate on your Mom where you could look and go thru paperwork on your Grandma. On your Mom's birth certificate, the father might have been listed. I guess my search for a sister, is very different than your search, for your Mom. I've never ever had a sister and didn't know I had one until my Dad was close to passing away. Your Mom you've always had, and for some unknown reason to me, you've always had a Mom and just have lost touch. I'd still love to know what your Mom's name is and maybe I can help you find her, just in case she is my sister. Try that birthcertificate.
