Aunt Anna was John Sivi's sister.
Aunt Anna would be my Mom's Aunt/ my great Aunt.

I would have to check the spelling. Iwould like to find the details as to when the Sivi's and Ballows came through Ellis Island. Some of the names like Sivi and Ballow are most likely in the Ellis Island Registry incorrect due to the Czech. background. Sivi was shortended and Ballow was most likely spelled wrong.
