Classification: Query
There are 71 people listed in FINDAGRAVE.COM I found this by simply typing in a Google Search "QUARANTINE CEMETERY" (and that was it!) although you might include Robert Koch Hospital St. Louis MO the address is listed as: 4101 Koch Road Oakville (St. Louis County) St. Louis County Missouri USA (you might want to google map this and use Earth/Satellite to view the 500 acres after you read some of these links I've provided, fascinating!!!
This is a very informational website:
http://www.dnr.mo.gov/shpo/nps-nr/84000206.pdf
This I rate second best, do read the comments, these people give a lot of information!!!

this one as well....

ONE OF THESE HAS A MAP SUPERIMPOSED OVER TODAY'S CURRENT MAP, SHOWING THE PLACEMENT OF THE BUILDINGS. IF NONE OF THESE WEBSITES HAS A MAP SHOWING THE WAY THE LAND LOOKS TODAY, JUST GOOGLE "ROBERT KOCH HOSPITAL" AND LOOK IN IMAGES.
From what I understand, many were moved to other cemeteries, those that had readable markers but many markers were made of wood and with mass deaths (epidemics) some were buried in mass graves. Nothing has probably been done with the property to date as there are bodies in unknown graves on the location and this would take court proceedings, is what I am assuming is going on, either that or the quarry now owns the property.
WoW I just went down the list of names and cannot believe this!!! I earlier went to one of the websites I listed above, it gave 'some" people's death certificates, I started with the first one and thought I'd see if I could find this person listed in LDS FAMILY SEARCH website (free) his name was Matt Connell, then after I found this FindAGrave and came here to post it, and this info, I see now (going down this list of ONLY 71 people) he is coincidentally one of the people listed on it!!! Date of birth/death are same as the one given on the site I gave you all above! Now that is a STRANGE coincidence! This is the infor from Find A Grave (even has photo of the tombstone!)

added note:
Quarantine Cemetery, established about 1854, was located on the grounds of what was later known as the Robert Koch Hospital, founded in 1875 with its last major renovation in 1949 (now demolished and no signs of the cemetery where thousands were buried). It was south of Jefferson Barracks Bridge along the Mississippi River. It was used for burials of persons of any type infectious disease, such as typhoid fever, smallpox, tuberculosis, etc.; along with burials of the wounded and sick from the Civil War, Union or Confederate.
