Hi Mr. Donaldson,

I have been in contact with our VP in charge of Design and he apologises most profusely that there has been no correspondence with you since late last year. He has been experiencing a great number of email problems over the last few months [haven't we all! :(( ] and says ," I did get a design request from this fellow on November 24, 2003. I sent him an e-mail (to kykend@mindspring.com) saying there would be a delay and heard nothing back. I am currently preparing a mailing to all (including ones who were previously assigned) letting them know about my e-mail problems, apologizing for delays/neglect and enquiring about current status. ".

Please accept our apologies for the delays that you encountered and it is hoped that the problems will not recur with other applicants for Design Assistance.

Perhaps you would be kind enough to fully engage the services of Mr. Steven Madewell with whom you have been corresponding on this board. Mr Madewell is one of the AAH's more accomplished Heraldic Artists and will be able to meet your needs. I believe that the VP-Design will be alotting your request to Mr. Madewell to-day.

In doing so, I believe that your suggestion of continuing the discussion as a one-on-one exercise in private emails has much merit as you so rightly pointed out, this thread is becoming rather long and unwieldy. Thank you for that suggestion.

I'm sure that you won't be disappointed with the services provided by Mr. Madewell.

Regards,

Geoff Kingman-Sugars
