I'm not really in the bracket of a 'Professional Recruiter', but your best bet would be to join the Assoviation of Amateur Heralds [AAH] << http://amateurheralds.org/ >> and find out what you are letting yourself in for. There's a lot more to designing coats of arms than just slapping something together that you may happen to like.

In Heraldry there are 'rules' and traditional practices to be followed. You will also have to learn just what it is that you are discussing - a crest and a coat of arms are not the same thing - the former is part of the latter.

May I suggest that you have a look at the AAH and I'm sure that you would benefit from joining and working with like-minded souls who have a love of the Art and Science of Heraldry.
