My mother Ella Mae Sheckels grew up in Middlesboro Ky,my grandfather Jasper Sheckels sent her to the store,on the way back she saw a lady dressed in a long hooded cape coming toward her,she told a family member Oh thats Mrs - - - - - who they knew,as they got closer they started to say hello to the lady and when they looked into the hood over the ladys head there was no face,they were so scared they both took off as fast as they could go,does anyone remember this family.
