My grand-father use to do this with a butter-bean, he removed several warts from my mother's hand, but he was the 5th child born not the 7th. He would rub the butter bean across the wart, back and forth 3 times and speak in Indian tongue, then bury the bean. He always told us the legend had to be pass to a male in line. He had 4 son's and none know the powers of the butter-bean and the wart!
