HL2604, please. No its not, the courts I've visited allow it. If I were responsible for the records and budget I'd be glad to save the money of not having to buy extra supplies like toner, paper and not having to use extra electricity to reproduce these documents for a researcher. You know some courts do allow people to do this.
Find a way to beat the system?? No, how about finding a way to do my field resarch in an efficient manner that is more cost effective for myself and to the county.
