EDIT- The link no longer works, as Ancestry no longer sells Y or mtDNA kits

You can type in the numbers for the Y and mtDNA DNA. It is what I did, as I tested at FamilyTreeDNA. It is easy, IMO, though it didn't have all of the markers I had tested, IIRC.

I am not sure how to show what I did, as since I entered my values already, and have tested here (autosomal DNA), I don't think the prelim screen would show up for someone like me. I just had to look to see what numbers I had for each marker at FTDNA, and type them in here.
