Have you not seen the feedback button that Ancestry provides along with our DNA results? Did you not know that customers also can call this company and provide the same to a live person?
It is people like you, who seem unkind and confrontational, who are shutting me down to wanting to reach out and share with anyone here ... even my matches. I haven't checked for new ones in days. You make assumptions, and they are very judgemental - the most negative ones possible.
I really don't care anymore how many matches I have, how many I have lost, or how many I may gain. What I am is sorry to have tested at Ancestry. I have kept one big family tree here for four years - one that is pretty sloppy and almost used as an online scrapbook by me. It was set to private for no shadowy reasons, and this never was an issue before testing. My tree always has been gladly shared with other researchers. There was no direction from Ancestry, in conjunction with the roll-out of their new service, for customers to create a more visible tree in order to connect with matches. Neither do they seem to be addressing the angst this issue is causing, now.
Thanks for spreading your sunshine, DPotts57.
