You paid precious money for Ancestry.com to test your DNA and yet, your complaints are issued against fellow customers. Your icon is creative and slightly hilarious. Still, what is really going on here?
Receivers of this product have mocked and lamented the 'ethnicity' results extended to them by Ancestry, but numerous other issues seem to await resolution as well. Should these not, also, be taken to the Source?
If you are frustrated by the service of your gas- or electricity-server, do you complain about other customers in order to bring things aright?
... and if you will not extend the effort to contact your DNA-matches (a luxury inconceivable to researchers, even a decade ago) and await their responses, then you are spoiled and pampered, my friend. Sit out another decade and maybe the computer will do all of the work for you.
