The shaky leaf hints are just that -- hints. Anyone seriously interested in DNA genealogy doesn't stop with leaf hints. They are simply steps in the research process, not the end result. I also use GEDmatch and Genome Mate to open further doors. My point is that anyone who chooses to take a DNA test through AncestryDNA but has no tree will receive no information other than an ethnicity estimate. The hints can be used in tandem with the other programs and applications referenced. They are a starting point to direct a path for further research.
