As I recall, I think it took about a month from the time my test was received by Ancestry to the time it was completed. During that time, the status on my DNA page was updated to reflect they were working on it. I know that Ancestry just had a price "special" around Thanksgiving and when they do that, I'm sure lots of people take advantage of the 20% discount they offer, so that might mean more processing time. My closest match is my first cousin. I don't have any other close family members who have tested. I also have a second cousin once removed who tested and matches me.
