Error message says,

"Sorry, there was a problem uploading your file.

Contact the site administrator if you need assistance. If possible, please include a screen shot of this page in your email."

I don't even know where the "site administrator" is. I cannot upload a screenshot to this forum.

I get the same message for each attempt to upload unaltered data, freshly downloaded as a zip file from 23andme, for each of my family members.

I don't know if this is a 23andme data file issue or an Ancestry.com issue.

Please help!
