Maybe I'm missing something but shouldn't you be able to create a fairly descent result with just including an ancestor's spouse's DNA and more than one child? It seems this is for more comprehensive combinations of DNA cross massive amounts of cousin matches (or few close cousin matches), but what I'd love to see is basically a way to just phase two child kits against say a mother's kit and combine them to create a father's kit (and be able to add more children to get a broader one).
