I have discovered a recent change in the formatting of FTDNA dna file downloads that caused this. Changes have now been made to the GEDmatch upload software to compensate for new uploads.

Edit: I am working on resolving this problem on our end. You do not need to upload your file again. If your kit has already been processed, you will see it revert back to the tokenized state while it is being reprocessed.
