Eurogenes compares your results with various ancient populations, as shown in the lists you posted. The Oracles are statistical programs that take those results and compare them to samples of individuals in their reference population whose direct ancestors lived in modern regions. The Oracles 1-4 populations give a sense of which of those samples best fit with your results. They are statistical measures of best fit, not percentages of your ancestors from those regions.
