Interesting results. I'm personally not Puerto Rican or Hispanic myself, but based on what I know about the history of the island and of Latin America in general, your results are definitely within the typical range, just in your case more European than the average. Your Italy/Greece and Great Britain/Ireland DNA could easily fit within Spanish ancestry as these are the regions (other than Iberian obviously) most likely to be found in Spaniards.
Basques in northern Spain are said to share genetic affinities with British/Irish people, plus the Celtic presence in pre-Roman Spain could also be a factor there. The Romans who brought the Latin language which evolved into Spanish and who colonized Spain would be largely responsible for Italy/Greece DNA in Spain - plus all the trade between Spain and Italy which was facilitated by the geographical proximity and cultural similarities between the two nations).
Lastly, a mixture of European (esp. Spanish), African, and Native American is very normal for Puerto Ricans (Taino Indians, Spaniards, African slaves). I saw a study that revealed the average genetic admixture for Puerto Ricans to be about 64% European, 21% African, and 15% Native American. Here it is and enjoy:
