I have the same issue. I did my mother's DNA. Her lines with proof/documents are all German except 1 French line. I mean they were all in the same small town in Germany since the 1000s. I just got her DNA back and it's 66% western european and 22% British Isles? (rest was trace and Scandanavian). I'm still wondering what's going on.
