If you haven't done it yet, another way to understand the results better:
(I didn't realize I could do this until about a month after I got my results)

on the Ethnicity page, on the left hand side at the bottom of the ethnic breakdown, click on the box to "show all regions" (this will show all the "trace" areas).
Next, if you click on each of your Ethnicities it will open a box that shows the "range" of the ethnicity (i.e. on mine I have 15% Ireland but the range is anything from 0% to 33% and I have Euro East at 20% with the range as 10% to 31%)

this also will show a more detailed map on the right side of the particular Ethnicity your viewing and if you scroll down, there will be a short history of the area and the various ethnicities that lived there.
