I would not get too hung up on those percentages. This is an infant science. Read this blog post by Judy Russell: http://www.legalgenealogist.com/blog/2013/10/27/those-pesky-...

In my own case I went from 90% Scandinavian (with my mother only having 10% -- go figure) to a more reasonable mix (40% Great Britain and 35% Scandinavian). But my paternal uncle shows as 64% West Europe and y paternal grandmother at 37% West Europe, while I show a measly 3%. Without my dad (he is deceased) who knows what I got, but it shows that how wild a swing I have with really close relatives.

If you look closely at the maps provided for the West Europe region you will see a dark center location and then bands of lightening color. Understand that all of those colored areas, even the light ones, represent the region they are talking about. And those regions definitely overlap other regions. And the percentages you have are actually a representation of a range (expand the section).

As for the Native American -- I cannot speak to that. Rumors of NA blood in families are common and few seem to actually pan out. (I heard somewhere if you added up all the supposed NA ancestry claims then it would seem that the entire colonies were populated by white men with native brides -- and we know that is not the case). BUt given that you do have some dead ends, and a high percentage maybe it is true.

There are sites/companies that can speak more directly to NA DNA. You might consider transferring data, or testing with another one to see if the percentage holds true or not. I have never investigated this line since it has not been needed in my family. Perhaps some others have links or places?
