What I'm wondering is if Ancestry is using some kind of chromosomal level analysis with this new feature? If they were actually matching at the chromosomal level it could be quite helpful and produce some genuine matches. Any one know? I'm assuming they aren't but they certainly could. It would be a huge help to have a chromosome browser built into Ancestry.
