Not at this time. Europe is so interrelated that it is even hard to break it down that much.
The Scandinavian DNA may come from the very widespread settlement of Vikings before 1000 AD so not only would it be hard to separate the various Scandinavian countries but in my case, despite being 24% Scandinavian there are no individual Scandinavians in the tree. Instead most of my ancestors came from those portions of Scotland, Ireland, and the British Isles that were heavily settled by these early Vikings. Also parts of northern France and Germany had substantial Viking settlements.
In addition, the term Irish is being used to encompass all people of a Celtic ancestry. This includes the Scottish and Welsh. So "Irish" may or may not mean you had ancestors from Ireland.
