Yah, it doesn't work for me. I get the "processing" spinning circle, and then it says it finished, but I can't find a downloaded file anywhere. Searched by date and by name. Zip. Maybe later I will try using Firefox...I have found that Ancestry does not like Safari much. Still no Circles and it makes absolutely no sense why since I share multiple direct ancestors with dna matches that are listed in both our trees. Can't read any "white paper" because I have no circles. If I had to give a grade for this whole autosomalgeddon, it would be "Meh". :(
