Here's my losses (or gains, depending on your viewpoint) from the recent changes:

My father - Previous matches: 17,673 Current matches: 5250 Current leafy hints: 35

My mother - Previous matches: 14,643 Current matches: 4500 Current leafy hints: 75

Distant relative - Previous matches: 17,831 Current matches: 5500 Current leafy hints: 55

I have deep colonial roots (1600s) which probably accounts for the large numbers of matches compared to some people. Although I didn't keep track of the numbers of leafy matches that I had previously, I would estimate that I have lost at least half of them, although a good number of the ones lost had the same supposed common ancestors in their trees as the ones who are still in my leafy hint lists.
