Hi. DNA newbie here. I have done the AncestryDNA test and am wrestling with the results. Having read about Jeff's Chrome extension and how it helps organize the Ancestry results, I downloaded it today from the Chrome store.

My problem is that a scan button is not showing up on my Ancestry DNA Home page. I have refreshed numerous times, but still nothing. What am I missing/doing wrong?
