My aunt mailed in her test on Jan 27; I saw that it was processing on Feb 17 (so almost 3 weeks just to log in a test). It sounds from reports here that it could still be multiple weeks till the results are in. Very different from last summer when two tests that I administered were back (processed and results) within 3 weeks of mailing.

edited to add - results were received yesterday (March 12), so 3 weeks and 2 days of processing time.
