Well, Joy, you do have to draw the line or end up with a tree in the tens of thousands that isn't well documented. I stick to ancestors and their siblings but ignore all hints that don't relate to my direct ancestry (except for the first three or four generations). That way I can well document the members of my tree and hope that my "cousins" can go back far enough to tie into my tree. Sometimes I give the "cousins" help but quite a few don't message back to acknowledge or comment.
