Exactly. If it doesn't meet the minimum threshold, it should not be counted. You can set the cM threshold (it defaults to 7cM) on the preceeding page (where you enter your kit number), but for the smaller ones, you still need to use the one-on-one link (the blue "A") to check that the number of SNPs also meets the threshold.

Edit: I should add that FTDNA only requires 7cM for the first segment. They allow 5cM for the next segment, I believe.
