Thanks for sending me the link. Quite a while ago I checked the list & he wasn't on it but I'll check it again for any updates.

I have been in contact with a few different branches of the family that has said the same thing that they've heard that he died in the earthquake or a result of it but he was never heard from again since that time. Just lately I was in contact with a desc. of his immediate family & they said the same thing. I was hoping if I found his immediate branch they would know. If he's not on the list then I guess we'll never find out for sure.
