I don't know if this is important, but my husband and I, both in our 70's are praying for all the unfortunate people on the Gulf coast. We are unable to give physical help, but did send a check to the American Red Cross this morning. We had to wait for our Social Security checks to be deposited first. I just cannot understand our government......what took them so long to respond? We can invade another country in a matter of hours, but when this happened, our president stayed "on vacation" for a couple of days before returning to his post. God help us all if the terrorist decide to attack us again. We are NOT prepared.
