My gggrandmother Johanna McCarthy was also on the Elgin. She is listed at http://www.irishfaminememorial.org as 16 years of age, no other info. Her marriage record from 1860 though lists her baptism at Ballingaddy, Limerick and her parents as James McCArthy and Julia Bolding. I assume she was in from the Kilmallock Workhouse, but do not know for sure.
