Hi. No, I don't live in Mississauga anymore. We moved to Brampton in 1982. I remember in grade six or seven (I went to The Valleys) that some people from TLK came to our school and did a play about the train disaster. I remember very well the chorus to the song in the play - "M-I-S-S, I-S-S, A-U-G-A, Mississauga is the place to be, we're, here to stay. M-I-S-S, I-S-S, A-U-G-A, we love you Mississauga, won't leave you Mississauga, Mississauga we are here, to, stay." I'm not sure why they did the play but it was pretty good.
My dad drove for Mississauga Transit and had to help with evacuating people. I remember being very scared that he had to go back there and work during the time that we were evacuated.
