The best way to find what you want is to work backwards from census records to establish where he was and when. Using the obituary, find the census entries for each couple mentioned and extrapolate dates from it.

This is the most I have time to research but this should give you the solid lead that Frank was in Indian Territory when Bonnie was born in Oct 1874. I found no evidence of a Jude BOURASSA but it is obvious that the census of 1870 is editorializing and thus unrelaible.
