My mom is Cynthia Grace Mays, her father (my g-pa), Elmer Eugene Mays was one of Tishie Lou (Louitisha) Garrett Mays's 9 sons. Its funny because even among my family, people argue about whether Pearle (Pearle Tishie) and Loutisha (Tishie Lou) are the same person! It's great if your husband has evidence that Pearle and Tishie are sisters! Accoeding the 1910 & 1920 censuses, Pearle (Pearly) was born about 1901 & Loutisha (Pearle Tishie) was born about 1904. Do you have Pearle's husband's name? If your husband's g-ma was Tishie Garrett, we are related!
