Message: Searching for info on GALE/GALEN HILL. Middle name may have been Elliott. He was born about 1854-56 near St. Joe, Missouri. He went to South Dakota and was a guard for the cold coaches, was wounded and near died in the Cold Springs Robbery. He married ANTIONETTE WINN in 1881 or 1882. They had 2 children, MAY REED HILL and GEORGE HILL. Gale died in 1889 in CO. I need his parents' names and verification of his POB and DOB. I believe he had sisters who remained in Missouri. The family was reportedly split over the Civil War and never reconciled.
