Trish is my mother's cousin. Only a very small number of the books were published. Several were given out to immediate family members and I believe the remainder went on sale. It is pretty hard to track down a copy, but you can direct order copies of select pages, if not the actual book, from the National Library of Australia - there is a cost involved. My mother did have a copy of the book, but appears to have lost it in a recent move. Best of luck in your search.
