Wow. That looks like it. However, she is not there. There is an F Crome, Crome being her Mothers maiden name. And who is R P Phillips being the mother of F Crome? Very strange. More research needed. (more late nights)

Harris (Harry) Smith was born in 1879 Spitalfields in the East End.

Cannot trace either of them in the 1901 or 1911 Census. The first mention of them appears in Harry's WW1 records where he actually states some of the children, other from that nothing.
