Thank you for the suggestion. But, believe me I cleared the cache. Many Many Times.

I finally fixed it by deleting the family. I then took my internet offline. Then I went to Family Tree Maker and make a couple of changes to make both programs think that FTM was the most current. Rebooted the internet and let FTM update and sync to ACOM. Problem solved.
