It seems that ACOM did indeed provide a safety switch to ensure trees could not be deleted accidentally. I admit to being unaware of the hidden password prompt for deletion and certainly would not have clicked on "deletion" to find out.

OPs to the Boards have been concerned that granting editorial privileges to their trees could result in having their trees deleted via ACOM or Mundia. I took their word for the one-two-clicks-and-tree-is-gone scenario. We all learn something new every day from comments posted on these Boards thanks to astute folks like yourself. Thanks for your input. I stand corrected. ;)
