I was born 6/16/1968 in Chicago Illinois. I was never legally adopted. According to my birth certificate my mother's name was Ruth La Verne (Brown) Graham and my father's name was James Melvin Graham. I was given to a family that Ruth met at a laundry mat. They became my god parents through the Catholic church. Arthur Erfurth and Judy Krueger were my god parents. I would like to know who I am and where I come from, and medical history. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
