Did you know the state of Illinois has an agency established to help for free people find birth parents. So far I got a copy of court ordered original birth certificate with names of birth parents. so far I have had no luck but if you google adoption agencies in Illinois you can get more info. The names have nothing to do with you but the agency may help. query back if your still working your problem. The names I am looking for are Phyllis ann Sullivan and Robert lee Ziegler.
