My grandfather was adopted by Fred Headley Hammond and Mary Lou Sadie Price. They adopted all their children. They were Morman. Trying to find out who the birth parents are. They were living in Cowley, Wy. I believe when they adopted grandpa. Missoula has no records. What town or city would be around in 1908 to have the adoption records???
