A friend of mine is an adoptee out of Milwaukee, WI. He was born on January 26th, 1980. His mother, a young divorcee, with auburn hair and blue eyes, standing 5'6", is half Scottish, with some French, German and Swedish descent as well, at 26 years of age (born about 1954), delivered him at St. Michaels Hospital under the care of Dr. Andrew Boyd. With his best interests at heart his mother placed him for adoption through Wisconsin Lutheran Children and Family Services.
She continued on as the single mother of a son under the age of 5 (born about 1975) that she had from a previous marriage. She comes from a large family herself with 4 brothers and 1 sister. Her father was quite tall at 6'3" with brown hair and green eyes. Her mother looked quite similar to herself with auburn hair and blue eyes.

The family Surname may be Allen, Alan, and my friends birth name may have been Richard Allen, though this is unconfirmed at this point.

His birth father was short and stocky standing at 5'4" with brown hair and green eyes and was at the time of conception, an outside laborer.

Forms are being completed now to gather information from the WI.State Search Program, but that is a lengthy process. My friend's info is also registered at the ICARE website too. It is my hopes that someone, be it his birth mother/father, brother (about age 40 now), or other family member is already looking for him.
